Their customer support is not of a very high standard. Although they do have a live chat function on their website, it is rarely open. We tried to contact the live chat support several times throughout the day without reaching anybody. This is, obviously, not good enough.

We believe every international betting site should have 24/7 live chat support, and we recommend that BetGold implement this as soon as possible.

The Bottom Line

Besides the abovementioned issues, it's hard to see any major flaws with BetGold. It's a simple but decent betting site.
